what: sixty minutes of whatever the crap heather told me to do. focused on legs today, and it was freakin’ TOUGH.

i lost 2.4 pounds last week ;-). it’s not nine pounds, but it is still in the right direction and i’m looking forward to a good week!

    with me, I usually have a good week of losing, then a so-so week. I don’t know why, but it’s cyclic like that.
