It's been a rough few weeks in regards to my weight loss journey.

Tomorrow morning I have my mens group that I lead.
Afterwards, it's off to my parents camper in Pioneer, Ohio for four days. Three of those four I plan on not using my cellphone, my laptop, a television, or even a radio or ipod. It should be interesting.
