lost four pounds last week.
considering i hardly tried, other than eating right, i am pleased.
confused how i can work my tail off one week and not lose anything, and be lazy the next and lose four, but still pleased.
the body is a harsh and cold mistress…

…what a difference a year makes

so, you may or may not notice a big difference in the picture above. but i do.
that’s seventy pounds. it means a whole lot to me. i’ve come a long way, and still have a long way to go, but today i’m enjoying the the difference a year has made.
