This is a great video. Did you shoot it? If so, tell me about production. What did you shoot with? Edit with? I like this kinda stuff.

    CJ -

i did shoot and edit it. i worked with another producer who assisted on the shoot, and we both were using canon xh-a1 hd cameras. i used a mono-pod, and the other producer went handheld. the audio was captured using a sennheisser revolution wireless lavelier (which unfortunately was low on battery power, explaining the audio issues).

all editing was done using final cut studio on my seventeen inch intel-based macbook pro. final cut for editing, soundtrack pro for audio mastering, compressor for compression, and the magic bullet looks studio plugin for color effects.

all told we shot and captured video on one day, and the video was produced in two days after that, making it a complete project in less than 72 hours. video editing for a church is sometimes more of a sprint than a marathon!
