…a quality evening

now i’m not the biggest fan of baseball, but i do enjoy post-season sports of just about any kind. and admittedly, my interest was piqued when i heard that eva evan longoria was playing for the tampa bay rays. seriously, as an avid follower of twitter and blogs, how have i not heard about a baseball player named evan longoria until today?

anyway. above is a sneak-peak at the office redesign. this section is pretty much done. my desk. tonight it’s some leftover work from cedarcreek, a french press of starbucks pike place roast, a pomegranate cider candle from yankee, and the world series. i’m not happy with the filing cabinet the television is sitting on, but it’ll do for now. it’ll be one of the first pieces of furniture we replace in this room.

by the way… i absolutely love this desk. so simple. so clean. so functional, i love it almost as much as that lamp. i’ll have better and more detailed pictures later as the whole office starts to reflect more of my overall  vision.

…dont hire me

my photography site changed a little again today.

thanks to some inspiration, and some help from a blog-friend and CSS-ninja, i was able to make some changes to the site that reflect my style as a photographer.

gimmicky? possibly. but it also just about sums up what to expect from me. check it out here. the above image is just half the story.

ps - only two months left to schedule a photo-session at a special rate. originally it was 25% off, but i have gone crazy and decided that until december 31st, any photo sessions booked will be at 50% off! that’s ridiculous people!

i feel like such a salesman… dirty all over…

…so much to say so much to say

well not really.

between working this last weekend, friends over for dinner on sunday evening, back to work on monday after two weeks of vacation, a trip to ikea monday evening, and spending today putting purchased ikea items together after a long day at work… i haven’t really had a whole lot of time to think about blogging.

that being said, i’ll be happy to post some pictures of the office renovation as soon as it gets to a point where i’m happy with it ;-)
