to catch you all up. i received a $1875 phone bill from at&t. it was legit, as i used 84mb of data while roaming internationally, and failed to put on the proper data add-on before i left. i didn’t even know the add-on existed, and i had no idea it was going to cost that much to check my email, browse facebook, and upload a random picture to twitter/facebook.
but, all’s well that ends well.
i got my official re-rated bill today. $1875 turned into this…
seriously, mad-love to at&t for being a quality, stand-up company and re-rating my $1875 phone bill.

…i’m an idiot
for various reasons, of course.
but right now, it’s because i don’t know what to do with this:
my friend, and once-a-week boss nate was kind enough to give me a print of one of my photographs, but i haven’t the foggiest idea how to frame it.
now i know this should be simple. i go to the store, i find a frame the size of this print, and i put it in… right? but no. i can’t FIND a frame this size. the print is 16×10.5, and for the life of me i can’t find a frame that size.
it sucks, because i REALLY need to start putting some stuff on the walls in the office. it’s boring in here, well the walls anyway. the furniture and lighting rock.
so now what? help? please? someone?

…an update to the madness
regarding the $1875 cell phone bill:
nothing is for sure, and i won’t know until 12.22.08 at the latest, but it looks like at&t is going to be a stand-up company and re-rate my november bill with their international data roaming 100mb add-on. which would effectively reduce my bill by about, oh, i’d say $1300-$1400. to put it in exact terms, the $1600 on the bill just from those 84mb of throughput will be reduced to $120. thank you, at&t!
regarding me going to jail:
i haven’t shared this with everyone yet, but last week i accidentally skipped jury duty. it’s an offense that is kind of a gray area with what happens to you (just says you will be held in contempt), with some people saying nothing, and other going so far as to say a night or two in jail. well it turns out my juror group was never actually called in anyway, so nothing happens to me. thank you, jesus!
regarding me not getting my paycheck from cedarcreek.tv:
my bank still says they never received anything. cedarcreek.tv says they sent the cash and everything looks fine on their end. the paycheck company in the middle says they got the cash from cedarcreek.tv, and sent it along and everything looks fine on their end. SOMEONE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! ryanne and i can’t afford to not have this paycheck!
regarding the black cloud of bad luck following me at work:
don’t think i shared this either, but last week was one of the WORST i’ve personally had at cedarcreek.tv yet. it seemed like everything i tried to do was infinitely harder than it should be, or just broke completely. unfortunately this hasn’t gotten a lot better today, as our website seemingly ate a months worth of audio and video podcasts that i now have to recode and re-upload.
regarding everything else:
i’ve got a photo shoot tonight, and still so much work left to do. ryanne is working tonight, and i know this sounds awful but i’m really looking forward to having the house to myself to blast some music and try and get a crazy amount of work done.
