…site updates, some cool links
i cleaned out the link-love section a little today, as well as some updates to the “check it” section, here’s a brief run-down of the new things i find interesting enough to pretty much advertise on my site…
1. banksy
not really safe for work, or children for that matter… (not that bad, i promise). this guy is a street artist (mainly graffiti) based out of london. some of the more thought provoking work i’ve seen lately.
2. knowmore.org
want to know the truth behind the labels and brands you buy? check this place out. shocking, to say the least.
3. paste magazine
i ordered a subscription today to what a lot of people who’s musical tastes i quite respect say is the best music magazine on the market right now. not to mention they have a special running where you can name your own price. yes, i am a cheapskate and paid one dollar.
4. adbusters magazine
ben turned me on to these guys a while ago. i finally looked in to them, and while i can’t afford a subscription at the moment, i will continue to read their website until i can talk my wife into letting me get one.
