Things are starting to look up.
I’ve mentioned a few times that things have been more rough than usual around here financially lately, I never meant for it to come off as a play for sympathy or anything. I just believe that if I’m going to blog, and if I’m going to wear my heart on my sleeve, I’m going to do it the best way I know how. I believe strongly in being open and honest.
Anyway, things are really picking up around here. Think of this…
- I just HAPPENED to pick up a freelance job at the exact time in my life I was desperate for one.
- I just HAPPENED to have all this financial crap fall into my lap right around our birthdays, which generally equals some birthday dollar bills.
- I just HAPPENED to decide it was time to sell a bunch of stuff around the house (completely unrelated to financial issues).
- And most importantly, it looks like a foregone conclusion that Ryanne will have a full-time job within a week or so.
I love it. It’s so awesome to come out on the other end of a particularly rough time and see how cool it was to live through it, and understand that we were never alone the whole time, and no matter how worried we got… Jesus was there the whole time watching out for us, nudging us… telling us to just trust Him.
